The Compostela-Tambre-Lengüelle Greenway Local Councils Association is an organization committed to the preservation and promotion of the Compostela-Tambre-Lengüelle Greenway. Our mission is to convert this railway heritage into a sustainable tourist resource that benefits the local community and offers unique experiences to visitors.

Tourism Sustainability Plan for the Compostela-Tambre-Lengüelle Greenway Destination
The Compostela-Tambre-Lengüelle Greenway belongs to the Spanish Greenways itineraries. The old existing railway line between the cities of Santiago de Compostela and A Coruña is being repurposed and prepared for its operation as a non-motorized transport route.
PSTD
The purpose of this plan is to revitalise the rural areas through which the Compostela-Tambre-Lengüelle Greenway route passes, by generating opportunities linked to sustainable tourism and the appreciation of local products. This plan aims to take advantage of the opportunity that the structuring of the territory through the route, as part of the Vías Verdes product, represents for the use and enhancement of the natural, heritage and gastronomic resources of the areas through which it runs, and therefore maximize its tourist and socioeconomic development on the basis of a solid and participatory strategy.
